Two students intimate moments go viral

A video featuring intimate moments between a boy and a girl, both students of a college in the Kantilo area of Nayagarh district, has gone viral on social media.

The clip shows a +3 second year boy and a +2 first year girl of the college. The boy allegedly recorded the video and shared it with some of his friends. The clip later got uploaded on social media and went viral.

While the video surfaced on social media and WhatsApp for to five days ago, the family members of the girl student lodged a complaint against the boy at the Khandapada police station on Thursday evening after they came to know about the incidence. They have levelled allegation of rape against the boy in the FIR.

“The incident was recorded at the Gokulananda Tourism Centre in Sidhamula village on February 17. Investigation into the matter is underway. No arrest has been made so far in the case,” said Khandapada police station IIC Vimal Kumar Mallick.

Efforts are on to nab the accused boy and his friends who made the video viral, police sources said. Meanwhile, the two students have been rusticated from the college. The boy has reportedly absconded.

It may be pointed out that several sex videos and clips and photos of intimate moments of couples had recently gone viral across the State prompting the police to issue an advisory in this connection to curb circulation of such photos and videos.
