Ingredients:

Carrot – 1 cup

Green beans – half cup

2 chopped Green Chillies

Sheetla Ashtami Special: Healthy and Tasty Kanji Vada!

Ginger Paste – 1 Tablespoon

Sweet corn – half cup

Green peas – half cup

Paneer – one quarter cup

Kabuli gram – one cup (boiled)

Oil – one spoon

Cumin seeds – half a spoon

Black pepper- one spoon

Red Chili Powder – One Tablespoon

Kitchen King – One Tablespoon

Sugar – half a spoon

Hot bun- 1

Tomato Sauce – Two Tablespoons

Cheese-flavored

Red chilly

Salt to taste

Ingredients:-

First of all, mix gram, green chili, carrot, beans, ginger, sweet corn, peas, and paneer

Take pan and add oil in it. Now, heat it on a medium flame and when the oil gets hot, add cumin seeds in it. When cumin seeds get roasted, add vegetables to it.

After this add black pepper, red chili, kitchen king masala, salt and sugar.

Now cut the hot bun from middle and fill the mixture in between. Bake it after garnishing it with cheese

Veg curry rolls are ready, serve it with a sauce.
