Bogut's court case against former manager adjourned
Basketball star Andrew Bogut and his former Australian manager Bruce Kaider remain at loggerheads, with the pair fighting over investments worth $180,000.
Representatives of the two parties appeared before Justice Michael Sifris in a directions hearing at the Victorian Supreme Court on Friday but the case was adjourned until April 13.
The pair had been great friends and partners in the One Management Group, a business Kaider established in 2006 and Bogut bought into five years later. However, it's understood the pair have had a difference of opinion over the direction of the business.
Bogut has told those in the basketball community he has new management in Australia. His US contracts have been brokered by his American agent, David Bauman.
Bogut's case against Kaider also involves a Port Melbourne unit owned by Bogut and Kaider's wife, Anna Maria Kaider.
The Australian Boomer and former No.1 NBA draft pick also wants the court to order Kaider pay him $20,000 on December 1 for the next six years.

One Management Group has managed several prominent sports stars, including basketballers Lauren Jackson and Matthew Dellavedova, former Western Bulldogs captain Brad Johnson and North Melbourne star Shaun Higgins.
Bogut did not wish to comment when contacted by The Age on Friday. Kaider was contacted for comment.
