‘Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy’ Confirmed For Xbox One, PC, Switch
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy will make the jump from a PS4 exclusive to Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch this summer.
The Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy includes the first three Crash Bandicoot games: Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped. The release of the trilogy for Switch marks the first time these games will be playable on a Nintendo console, and will be the first time the franchise has graced the Xbox console in 10 years.
The N. Sane Trilogy features more than 100 levels of fully remastered artwork, improved lighting, bonus animations and even new dialogue from the original voice actors including Jess Harnell, Lex Lang and Debi Derryberry. Coco, Crash’s sister, is added as a playable character complete with her own set of special attacks. There are also improved bonus levels and a new checkpoint system. PC players will be able to use a mouse and keyboard, a game controller or a Steam controller to play.

An Xbox One port of N. Sane Trilogy has the subject of rumors for months, and plans for a Switch version leaked earlier this year. A new Crash Bandicoot game for 2019 is looking more likely too, as the source behind the Switch release info also claimed a new game was in development. If true, expect to see some kind of announcement at this year’s E3 in June.
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is available for pre-order on PC via Steam, Xbox One and Switch, and is already available for PS4 owners. The game will release on July 10.
