DM honours 21 women teachers, 90 women officers
Haridwar district magistrate Deepak Rawat honoured 21 women teachers, seven women employees from Municipal Corporation and 90 women officers and employees of various departments for their remarkable work in their respective fields at the Collectorate to mark the International Women’s Day on Thursday.
Those honoured included Meera Bhardwaj, Shashi Srivastava, Kavita Rana, Parul Choudhary, Sadhna Tyagi and Sushma. DM handed over letter of commendation to them. On the occasion a message of ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ was also read.
