The Lok Sabha has been adjourned till noon following opposition's uproar on various issues. As soon as the House met for the day today, members from AIADMK, TDP and YSR Congress trooped into the well raising slogans in support of their demands.

Congress, Left, TMC and others were raising the issue of irregularities in the banking sector. Responding to it, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar said the government is ready for discussion over the issue as it is listed under rule 193.

TDP and YSR Congress MPs continued their protest over the demand for special status to Andhra Pradesh.

The members from AIADMK raised the issue of constitution of Cauvery Management Board. Amid noisy scene, Speaker Sumitra Mahajan adjourned the House till noon. Earlier, Ms Mahajan congratulated the members on the occasion on International Women's Day.
