South Indian cuisine is loved and praised in all States of India and the Bhopalites are going to witness the South Indian street food at Courtyard By Marriott, which is organising a food fest, 'NaiduRs s Kottu– from South Indian Chopals', from March 8 to 17.
During the festival special dinner including popular but unique recipes of Andhra, Tamil Nadu and Kerala, scented with South Indian culture and flavours will be served at multi cuisine restaurant MoMo Café during 7 pm to 11 pm. Country's noted chef and a South Indian cuisine specialist MV Naidu is coming all the way from Hyderabad to serve your taste buds.
Courtyard by Marriott's Executive Chef Ravinder Singh Panwar briefed about the fest to mediapersons here on Wednesday. He claimed that you would just have to ask Chef Naidu and he would surprise you with every dish. This fact makes him a real connoisseur, he added.
Because of enormous popularity, street food from these three southern States may be well known to you, but you will be surprised for sure with Chef Naidu's recipes.
Chef Naidu briefed about the menu and informed that the exclusive menu is ready for each day of the fest. The fest is going to celebrate varieties of Dosa (including Steam Dosa with Bellam, Pesarattu Dosa, Uttapam Dosa etc.); Idli (Flavored Idli, Kanchipuram Idli etc); Pakoda (Chicken, Prawn and Fish); Mirchi Bajji, Aratikaya Bajji and Kuttu Parantha etc.
