Pay parity for men and women is a raging issue across the world. In India, men still get paid much more than women for doing the same work. However, according to a survey by monster.com, this gap is reducing albeit slowly.

In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Telecom Secretary Aruna Sundararajan discussed women equality.
