Royal India Corporation will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 March 2018, to approve appointment of Ms. Nida Khot as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from March 15, 2018 in place of Ms. Siddhi Patil who is resigning from the services of the Company and will cease to be Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel at the end of business hours on March 14, 2018
