Spot rubber closed unchanged in an almost inactive trading session on Thursday. RSS 4 finished flat at ₹126 a kg, as reported by the traders. The grade was steady at ₹122.50 and ₹125.50 respectively, according to dealers and the Rubber Board.
March futures closed at ₹123.55 (123.93), April at ₹129.20 (129.30), May at ₹132.45 (132.67) and June at ₹134.50 (134.02) on NMCE. RSS 3 (spot) slid to ₹113.48 (113.61) at Bangkok. Its March futures weakened to ₹112.81 (113.44) on TOCOM. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg) were: RSS-4: 126 (126); RSS-5: 123.50 (123.50); ISNR 20: 116 (116) and Latex (60% drc): 86.50 (86.50).
