Appam: Rice and Coconut Pancake Recipe

IngredientsĀ 

1 cup rice

2 cups dessicated coconut

3 Tbsp sugar

Healthy and Tasty French Toast!

1/2 tsp yeast

Salt

Steps to cook:

Take water and in it soak rice and dessicated coconut for about 6 hours till it get soft.

Now make a batter of the soaked rice, dessicated coconut and blend it with sugar and salt for at least 7 minutes

Again add yeast in the batter and blend for another 2 minutes.

Let the batter rest in a warm area for the batter to rise or refrigerate overnight.

Four Cheese Pasta Recipe

Take a thin surface panĀ and pour a ladle-full of batter at the centre.

Cook for about 3 minutes till the ends turn light brown.

Serve the pancakes with sambhar and coconut chutney!
