Prime Venture Partners announced the closure of its third fund of $60 million yesterday. This fund comes more than two years after it raised $46 million in its second fund.In a freewheeling chat with ET's Pratik Bhakta and Vikas SN, Prime Venture Partners's managing partner Sanjay Swamy talks about the new fund, their focus areas for startup investments and how they are hand holding startups to deal with the changing regulatory environment.
