SC sets aside Kerala HC order annulling Hadiya's marriage |

Supreme Court in its interim order today set aside the Kerala High Court order which had annulled the validity of Hadiya's marriage.
A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra and comprising Justices AM Khanwilkar and DY Chandrachud passed the interim order in the alleged Love Jihad case.
However, the court said the National Investigating Agency's probe into the alleged 'Love Jihad ' phenomenon would be taken to a logical conclusion by the agency in accordance with the law.
