O'Neil will lead the session "Greater Than the Diagnosis" from 1:50-2:30 p.m. and will participate in the ensuing panel discussion (2:30-3:00 p.m.) titled "The Five-Star Practice – How Are You Getting to 'Wow!' With Your Patients?"
In his presentation, O'Neil will share his personal patient story that led to launching GetWellNetwork, and his role today in shaping the future of patient-centered care. The session will explore innovative ways to tailor interventions, educate patients and adapt communications styles to the characteristics and preferences of individual patients at a time when value-based care requires GI practices to deliver a more collaborative patient and family experience.
