The uproar continued in Parliament for the third consecutive day today on various issues.
The Lok Sabha was adjourned for the day and the Rajya Sabha till 2 PM. As soon as the Lok Sabha met for the day, members of Congress, AIADMK, TDP, TMC, TRS trooped into the well raising slogans in support of their demands.
Members belonging to Congress and TMC raised the issue of Punjab National Bank fraud case, while the TDP members pressed for granting special status to Andhra Pradesh as per the promises made in Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act-2014.
The AIADMK members demanded constitution Cauvery Management Board. They were also displaying placards condemning the vandalising of Periyar statue in Tamil Nadu.

Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan is holding a meeting with leaders of different political parties in view of continued disruptions in the proceedings of the House.
During the meeting, being held at Parliament House, Ms Mahajan is talking to them to break the logjam.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar, Congress leader K C Venugopal, Sudip Bandyopadhyay of TMC, Anandrao Adsul of Shiv Sena and others are attending the meeting.
It was the third consecutive day today when the Lok Sabha failed to transact any substantive business due to disruption by the opposition parties on bank fraud cases and ruckus by the TDP and YSR Congress on demand of special status to Andhra Pradesh.
