Sudeep Ralhan has over 16 years of experience across the IT, BPO & FMCG industries including Polaris Software, Accenture and GSK.
Walmart Labs, the global in-house center for Walmart, has appointed Sudeep Ralhan as the company’s senior director – Human Resources. Based out of Walmart Labs’ office in Bangalore, Ralhan will be responsible for delivery of the overall HR strategy, compensation and talent initiatives.

“As we look ahead to the future of Walmart Labs, I am confident that Sudeep will be a catalyst for change as we continue to execute our talent initiatives”, said Hari Vasudev, Vice President – Technology, Walmart Labs India as stated in a release.

“As home to 1400+ associates, the team in India is involved in cutting-edge solutions in collaboration with teams in the US and other markets. I consider it a great privilege to join Walmart Labs and to play a part in shaping the future of a business which is transforming the shopping experience of millions of people across the globe,” Ralhan said.
