Margaritaville Nashville Hotel will be the newest comfort destination in the summer of 2019, showcasing 217-rooms.
Margaritaville’s first urban destination, Music City property features a prime position at the corner of 5th Avenue S. and Peabody Street, in the heart of the city’s emerging “SoBro” district.
Margaritaville Nashville Hotel is just steps away from Music City Center and popular tourism attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Bridgestone Arena, Honky Tonk Highway and more.
Margaritaville Nashville Hotel will welcome travellers with a warm entryway. It is featuring a covered entrance decorated with wood accents, tropical plants and lush greenery, murals that reflect escapism, as well as large windows opening into the lobby of hotel.
A second exterior rendering shows the terrace seating that will be available at JWB Grill, a new casual-luxe dining concept created by Margaritaville.
The new Margaritaville Nashville Hotel broke ground in December 2017. The design is led by Nashville-based architectural firm ESa, in association with The Design Poole and The McBride Company, while construction is being led by JE Dunn.
Margaritaville Nashville Hotel will include plans for the 217 guestrooms, 52 of which will be Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham timeshare units, rooftop relaxation and entertainment area, more than 10,000 square feet of function space and exciting new dining concepts – FINS Beach Bar and JWB Grill.
