Ramkrishna Forgings, saw strong North America Class 8 truck sales in February. In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Naresh Jalan, MD of Ramkrishna Forgings spoke about the latest happenings in the North American truck orders and the overall improvement in the demand scenario for the same.
Talking about revenue from North America truck market he said, "Probably close to around 25 percent of our total revenue come from North America Class 8 and Class 5 trucks. Going forward the business is doing well. We foresee that FY19 also is going to continue to be on the upside trend."
He further added, "Till FY20 we should see double-digit growth in North American truck business."
