Telangana Congress president N Uttam Kumar Reddy today alleged that the ruling TRS is "fabricating" a conflict with the BJP with an intention to hurt the Congress party. "Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao is fabricating a conflict with the BJP only to damage the Congress party," Reddy said, addressing a public meeting at Nirmal near in Nizamabad during the ongoing 'bus yatra' by the Congress. He was referring to Rao proposing a non-Congress, non-BJP alternative for uplift of farmers and Dalits. The TRS MPs remained silent during the last four years and never fought with the BJP-led NDA government in the Parliament on any issue pertaining to Telangana, Reddy alleged. No such combination of parties, as being proposed by Rao, would stop the Congress from coming to power at the Centre and also in the state, he said.
