For a moment I thought I was facing near-death. It was in the early 90s that I had to cross the Narayani River in Chitwan National Park in Nepal on an elephant. There was massive flood and heavy rains. It looked like the last day of my life

Listening to old Hindi songs. My favourite Trimurti composers — SD Burman, OP Nayyar and Madan Mohan
Books I Love
Two stories that have stayed with me since childhood are ‘Gaban’ and ‘Usne Kaha Tha’ by Munshi Premchand. There is a lot of learning and very unconventional. It teaches us that values have to remain intact

Govinda, Dev Anand and Shashi Kapoor. I relate to these stars from my time.
Work-Life Balance
I do carry work home and home to work. I am not able to compartmentalise these two. I am never able to take work or family out of my mind. Both these exist with me for 365 days.
