Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has appointed an advisory committee of three ministers to run the government in his absence. But BJP minister Francis D’Souza is still waiting for a written order to run the government. He is also not clear how the cabinet meetings would be held. He was prepared to take temporary charge as CM. But he will abide by the coalition formula of three ministers.
