The Congress’ decision to induct Ashok Kheny, Karnataka Makkala Paksha MLA, has not gone down well with a section of party workers in Bidar.

They held a protest on Monday, walking from the residence of former Chief Minister N. Dharam Singh to the Congress office and shouting slogans against the “neglect of loyal workers.” They said he was welcome to join Congress, but he should spend at least five years organising the party before he gets ticket.
