Geneva Motor Show 2018:

The Geneva Motor Show is one of the biggest auto events and witnesses the participation of almost every major manufacturer in Europe. It's also the first major European show on the calendar each year, which means there's a host of interesting new displays, launches, concepts and unveils that preview what the automotive world will look like years from now. This year too, carmakers will be putting their best foot forward with a host of luxury cars, performance cars and electric vehicles as well. We bring you all the action from ground zero at the Geneva Motor Show 2018, with models that will be relevant for India as well.

Geneva Motor Show 2018: New Gen Mercedes-Benz A-Class
Upgrades on the new gen A-Class include new design language with the extended bonnet, flat LED headlamps and a striking new radiator grille for a sportier character.

The baby Mercedes also gets a 30 mm longer wheelbase and a 14 mm wider front track which allows for more room inside the cabin. This has led to increased proportions inside the car as it offers more shoulder room, elbow room, headroom and better entry to the rear seats.

Mercedes-Benz has showcased the new generation A-Class at the Geneva Motor Show 2018.

The Jaguar I-Pace will be using a 90kWh battery pack, made up from 432 lithium-ion cells and mounted in a frame that's an integral structural component in the car's floor. The range is expected to be good for around 483 km; while power output is rated at 395bhp and 696Nm of torque.

The I-Pace can sprint from 0-100 kmph in 4.5 seconds, Jaguar claims.

Sales will commence in Europe later this year and will be priced from 58,995 Pounds in the UK (around Rs. 53 lakh).
