Pyongyang, Seoul reach agreement to hold inter-Korean summit

The North Korean and South Korean high-level envoys have reached an "satisfactory" agreement during their meeting in Pyongyang, to hold a with the South Korean President, the North Korean state news agency reported on Tuesday.
