Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has gone back to Mumbai for the second round of treatment. But he would be back only after six weeks. Almost by mid-April. He may also fly to the U.S for further treatment if doctors advise him.Meanwhile, to run the government, he has formed an advisory committee of three ministers.
