HC grants bail to fugitive US citizen

The High Court has granted to a US citizen, wanted in for allegedly causing death of a person due to medical last year. Justice released 56-year-old on but directed him not to leave and appear before the trial court here for extradition proceedings. The MEA's had earlier told the trial court that has sent a request for his provisional arrest as he was wanted there to face trial. Cafferty was accused of committing various offences in Indonesia, including practising as a without having an appropriate licence and medical which resulted in death of a patient.
