Bodies of two missing students recovered
An ODRAF team along with fishermen on Sunday morning recovered bodies of two students, who had gone missing in sea while taking bath at Haripur river mouth near Gopalpur after Holi celebrations on Friday afternoon.
The deceased were identified as A Lokesh (20) and D Hitesh (20), both residents of Sana Bazaar of the city. While Lokesh was a Third Year BCA student of the Presidency College, Hitesh was pursuing Third Year Commerce at the Binayak Acharya College.
A total three students had gone under water while taking bath on Friday. While the body of P Sidhanta Patro, a Third Year student of Gopalpur College, had been fished out on the incident day, the two others were missing.
Police said that river current in the mouth had washed away the three youths and all bodies have been recovered.
