Teen charged after two boys stabbed in brawl at Cremorne

A boy has been charged after two teenagers were stabbed multiple times in a brawl at Cremorne in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Police said they found two boys, both aged 17, injured when they were called to Spofforth Street after reports the pair had been stabbed in a fight involving three males about 12.30am.

One of the teens allegedly suffered stab wounds to his arm and leg, while the other teen had knife wounds to his stomach.

They were taken to Royal North Shore Hospital for surgery. They were in a stable condition on Sunday afternoon.

A third teen, also aged 17, was arrested and taken to Royal North Shore Hospital where he was treated for a possible head injury.

He was later taken to Chatswood police station and charged with two counts of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

The boy was refused bail and is due to appear at court on Monday.
