Actress Jamie Luner, whose credits include All My Children and the reboot of Melrose Place, has been accused of drugging a young man who was 16 at the time, performing oral sex on him, and filming the encounter, TMZ reports.
The alleged incident took place in the 1990s. Luner has said the accusations are baseless.
Luner's accuser, Anthony Oliver, claims he met the actress at a party in 1998 at her home in Los Angeles, where she plied him with whiskey and amphetamines, according to Page Six. Oliver was attending the party with his older brother, who knew Luner's makeup artist.
Oliver claims he, Luner and a third person went into a room together and both performed sex acts, including oral sex, on him while the third party filmed them. The claims were made in a police report Oliver filed with the LAPD last month, and Oliver also told Page Six that he and Luner had "actual sex." He says he told his family about the incident at the time, but they opted not to go public because his mother was a local politician.
"There is absolutely no merit to these allegations, and in our opinion, this is a blatant attempt at extortion," Luner's manager told TheWrap.
Luner played Liza Colby on All My Children from 2009 to 2011 and Lexi Sterling on Melrose Place from 1997 to 1999. She also recently starred on TNT's Murder in the First.
