Liquor worth Rs 3 lakh seized; 3 arrested

RAJKOT: Three bootleggers were arrested and Indian made foreign liquor (IMFL) bottles worth Rs three lakh seized in different areas of Rajkot on Sunday. In the first operation, Bhaktinagar police arrested bootleggers Jafar Solanki (21) and Sahil Deraiya (19), both residents of Jangaleshwer area. A total of 288 bottles of IMFL worth Rs 1.50 lakh were seized from them.

In the second case, bootlegger Ravi Jadav (19), a resident of Raiyadhar, was arrested and 354 IMFL bottles worth Rs 1.42 lakh were found from his car by University police station.
