: FAIRPRO 2018, the annual three-day exhibition by traders body CREDAI on real estate properties, has witnessed booking of 262 properties generating total revenues of Rs 176 crore. Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), is the apex body of the real estate builders and holds three-day expo FAIRPRO in the city every year. "FAIRPRO 2018 surpassed all expectations with record breaking bookings of 262 properties.
The three-day expo witnessed total revenue generation of Rs 176 crore," a press release said. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister K Palaniswami formally inaugurated the event on February 23 at the Chennai Trade Centre here along with Deputy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam. Seventy-four developers participated and showcased more than 300-plus properties ranging from Rs 20 lakh to Rs 20 crore. "FAIRPRO 2018 received an optimistic response from homebuyers. People have come out in large numbers to find the right investment in the city," CREDAI Chennai, President, Suresh Krishn said. FAIRPRO 2018, Convener, Ananth Vummidi expressed gratitude for the participation of financial institutions during the three-day event. LIC Housing Finance, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank were some of the financial institutions that took part in the event, the release added.
