Tarsali woman’s Rs 35,000 gold chain snatched

Vadodara: Motorcycle-borne robbers targeted a woman on Pratapnagar Road on March 1 and fled away with her gold chain worth Rs 35,000.

Jaya Parmar was going to Somatalav with her husband Baldev on their bike for shopping on the evening of March 1. When the couple was passing from Pratapnagar Road, two motorcyclists came from behind them and the pillion rider first slapped Jaya before snatching her gold chain.


The couple tried to follow them but the robbers managed to escape in the traffic. Later, they informed the police control room about the incident and registered an FIR at Wadi police station. TNN
