Former Congress president Sonia Gandhi met Vietnam President Tran Dai Quang in the national capital. Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was also present in the meeting. Vietnam President arrived on Friday on a three-day visit to India at the invitation of his Indian counterpart Ram Nath Kovind.
