Police are calling for the public’s help to find a woman who has been missing for more than three decades.
Fijian-born Angina Pal has not been seen since May 2, 1984. Around the time of her disappearance she had been dividing her time between two addresses, sometimes staying with her young son Vincent in Hawthorn and sometimes living with her sister Arita in Torquay.
She was reported missing by her mother in 1992.

Photo: Victoria PoliceMs Pal had travelled to Australia on a one-month tourist visa in 1973 and had overstayed. In the years before her disappearance, she had lived in several states and was known to have used a number of different aliases.
She had been in a long-term relationship with a Fijian-Indian man named John, and the couple lived in Western Australia in 1977 before moving to the Geelong area in 1980. It is understood the couple became estranged before Ms Pal's disappearance.
Police have taken the unusual step of creating a computer-generated image of what Ms Pal may look like nowadays in the hope it will aid the investigation.
Police are urging anyone with information on Ms Pal's whereabouts to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
