A 25-year-old man was found dead under suspicious circumstances in a house at Siddartha Nagar near Chinamushidiwada under Pendurthi police station limits here on Thursday.
The deceased was identified as B Tarun Kumar, resident of Simhachalam area.
The police said Tarun was an employee with a private firm in Dubai and he came to the city around two months back. Tarun reportedly had developed an affair with a widow woman, who has been residing at Siddartha Nagar for the past couple of years.
On Wednesday night, Kumar had gone to the woman’s house and he was found dead on Thursday morning in the house.
Inspector of Pendurthi Police Station K Suryanarayana said they were suspecting either Kumar might have committed suicide or he was murdered by someone. Sources in police said that Tarun had disputes with a man over the relationship with the woman.
The police have registered a case under suspicious death and investigation is on.
The family members of Tarun alleged that the Tarun was murdered.
