Gunshots hurled over property dispute, 3 injured

A property dispute in outer Delhi's Vihar area today turned into a clash where several gunshots were shared between two groups, seriously injuring three men, police said. The incident was reported at around 4.23 p.m. The firing was due to a property dispute involving a woman who had sold a 53 square yard land to one Mowgli. Mowgli allegedly did not pay the woman and illegally grabbed the land, said the Subsequently, the woman sold the plot to another buyer Sunil. In the afternoon today, Sunil accompanied by his accomplices had gone to the plot to meet Mowgli and make him pay for the land that he had allegedly grabbed.

Mowgli allegedly reached there along with his four associates and fired at Sunil and others accompanying him, they said, adding Sunil and his accomplices were seriously injured in the clash. A case has been registered at Vihar Police Station and further investigation is on, the police said.
