Mungaoli by poll victory and jay jaykar of Scindia in Vidisha

Counting for by poll which took place on 24th of February was conducted on Wednessday. The election was considered very important because assembly polls are just ahead to be held later this year. Congress has won both the by – polls.

The meaning of victory and defeat is significant as it is a semifinal before assembly elections. The Congress held both seats, which were vacated by the death of its sitting legislators. The ruling BJP has gone flat in snatching the seats away from the Congress party .

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was leading an aggressive campaign for BJP and Congress was behind Scindia. Election in Kolaras and Mungaoli was Political Weight-Lifting between Scindia and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. This defeat will leave a deep impact on the future of BJP in M.P.

Vidisha is traditional political area of Scindia and its also a political home town of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. So congress people of Vidisha have cause to celebrate it, at the same time BJP workers ere seen in disappointment.

Congress celebrated victory in by elections by taking out procession through out the Town which was led Shailendrasingh Bhadoriya. Procession was started from Durganagar .

The procession was attended by hundreds of workers.
