Former India spinner Sairaj Bahutule has been appointed as the bowling coach of the Rajasthan Royals team in the 11th edition of Indian Premier League.

The all-rounder has scored 6,176 runs at an average of 31.83 with an average of 26 for 188, and 630 wickets in first class matches, including nine centuries. He represented the country in two Tests and eight ODIs. He was also the coach of the Bengal Ranji team for three consecutive years.

Sairaj Bahutule said that being part of the Rajasthan Royals team is fantastic for me. I am thrilled to be associated with a team that has been involved with the legendary mentor like Shane Warne. I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge with the team’s players and preparing them for a stringent session ahead.
