CHANTILLY, Va., March 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Engility Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: EGL) today announced that its Board of Directors unanimously elected Lynn Dugle as Chairman of the Board. Dugle will continue to serve as Engility's President and CEO. Peter A. Marino and David A. Savner, previously the Co-chairs of the Board, will continue to serve on Engility's Board, and Marino has been appointed as the independent Lead Director.

Prior to joining Engility, she spent more than a decade in senior management positions at Raytheon, including the position of President of Raytheon's Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) division.
