Altogether six employees, including two executives posted at Central Coalfields Ltd (CCL) headquarters, Ranchi, superannuated from their services on Wednesday. The Samman Samaroh was held at the conference room of Director, Technical (P&P), Darbhanga House, CCL, Ranchi.
On this occasion, Director (Pers) RS Mahapatro, AK Mishra, Director (Project & Planning), A K Singh, GM (EE), Vinita Sharan, GM(Pension) P Bhattacharjee, GM/GTS to Director(Pers) and others were present.
Director (Personnel) R S Mahapatro as well as Director(Project & Planning) handed over Thanks Giving Letter, Service Certificate, cheque documents of gratuity, pension papers, medical cards, religious books, Yoga CD,saplings, dinner setsetc., to the superannuated employees.As per the existing practice, CMPF amountwill be transferred through RTGS into the account of respective retired employees.
Employees, who have superannuated inareas, were also given farewell in their respective areas. Total 141 employees including headquarters have retired from their service in February 2018.
R S Mahapatro in his address to the retired employees said that you all have gained respect and love from the colleagues due to devotion and dedication for the company. He further advised them to associate with social organization and share your experience with people.He wished for the bright future and healthy life of the retired employees.
A K Mishra talked about sense of belongingness with the company. He said that all of you have worked with full dedication and company too has taken care of all your needs and this is the result that children have performed well and got jobs in renowned companies.
On this occasion, all the retiring employees shared their personal experience and acknowledged support and affection, which they got from the company during their service period. Retiring employees said that they will carry their fond memories with long association with company and all of them wished that the company keeps achieving new heights in future.
The programme was co-ordinated by Rashmi Dayal, GM (Welfare) and vote of thanks was proposed by SmtManjula Sharma, GM (NEE). The programme was successfully conducted by the Welfare department.
