BHEL pays interim dividend

BHEL on Wednesday said that it has paid 40 per cent interim dividend on enhanced equity capital post-bonus, for the financial year 2017-18.

In value terms, the dividend paid amounts to ₹293.71 crore. With this, the company has maintained its impeccable track record of rewarding investors by paying dividends uninterrupted for over four decades, BHEL said in a statement.

The stock of BHEL slipped 1.6 per cent at ₹89.90, on the NSE.
