Earlier roles at SAP included Global COO, SVP, and GM positions, where Birdsall oversaw partner relationships and managed operations in high-growth regions. Prior to joining SAP, Birdsall led worldwide operations at Adobe Systems, managed CRM consulting sales at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), and provided hardware and software solutions to financial services companies for Diebold, Inc.
