Tuesday, 27 February 2018 () Amazon.com Inc. will acquire smart doorbell maker Ring in a deal reportedly valued at more than $1 billion. Ring is an outdoor home security company best known for making doorbells with cameras so customers can see who's at the door on their smartphone or tablet.
