'Haris Jr hit Vidwath, why are others in jail?'

Nalapad hit Vidwath who fell down and was injured. But why are they (other suspects) in jail? The complaint states that 10-15 people hit Vidwath. But neither the complaint nor the FIR names them. My clients are innocent and should be given bail.

Vidwath was admitted to the hospital around 12.39 am on February 18, an hour after the complaint was lodged. The FIR was registered nearly four hours after the complaint was filed. All this delay was to manipulate the FIR.

The investigating officer should also probe how Vidwath fractured his leg four weeks before the incident.

It was a small incident due to provocation from Vidwath. Only bottles and an ice bucket and no weapons were used. It was just a "touching touching (sic)" case.

Two FIRs were filed in the incident. One by the injured and another by the suspects. But only the former was glorified. Vidwath's complaint states he was beaten with bottles and rings.

The special public prosecutor (SPP) claimed the knuckle-duster ring, a lethal weapon, was used to hit Vidwath. But who knows it was a knuckle or a buckle as no such weapon was recovered from the suspects. The knuckle-duster ring is a creation of the SPP.

The complaint states the suspects barged into the emergency room of Mallya Hospital and threatened Vidwath. The Sampangiram Nagar police station is just 200 metres from the hospital, why didn't they take a complaint?
