Miscreants attack 27-yr-old man with lethal weapons

A 27-year-old man was  attacked by miscreants  with wooden sticks and sharp edged weapons at district court premises on Monday. The victim had come to the court to appear in double murder case in Bajaria area in the year 2017.

Panic prevailed in district court premises after a man was attacked by arm assailants during the day on Monday.

Police said that the victim identified as Nilesh Rai came to court to appear in the double murder case and when he was moving out of the court he was attacked.

Notably Amit Chouhan and Bunty were shot dead in Bajaria area and the murder was facilitated by Bunty who went absconding after the murder and later surrendered.

The victim raised allegations that he was attacked by supports of State Minister Vishwas Sarang and claimed that he had identified one of the accused as Avinash Thakur.

The number of miscreants was 4-5 who attacked the victim but details would be ascertained later in the investigation. Neelesh is supporter of Bunty which raises suspicion that the supporters of the deceased might have conspired to attack.

In the month of April 2017 Amit alias Ammu Chouhan was and Manoj alias Mannu Kushwaha were shot dead by contract killers hired by Bunty Sahu.

Bunty Sahu had old enmity with Amit and to settle score sponsored the killing. One of the accomplices Pawan was detained and later other accomplices other than Bunty were arrested. Bunty surrendered after police raided several place and intensified the search.
