Dalmia Bharat consortium outbids UltraTech for Binani Cement

ET Now learns from sources that the lenders of Binani Cement have accepted the offer of a consortium of Dalmia Bharat and Bain Piramal Resurgence Fund, which outbid Aditya Birla Group’s UltraTech Cement in the race for the debt-laden cement maker. An official announcement/exchange notification is expected soon in this regard. Neha Bothra reports.
