Shishir Joshipura resigns as MD of SKF India

SKF India on Tuesday informed the exchanges that its board of directors has accepted the resignation of Shishir Joshipura and consented to relieve him of his responsibilities effective close of business hours on March 31.

Shishir Joshipura was appointed Managing Director of SKF India since December 1, 2009. The stock of SKF India slipped 1.6 per cent at ₹1,804.25 on the NSE.
