Woman PLV gets bail

Chief judicial Magistrate, Garhwa, allowed bail to lady para-legal volunteer Chanda Devi in connection with alleged sub-judge threatening case here on Monday. After hearing the arguments of advocate of Chanda Devi, the CJM ordered bail to Devi on bail bond of Rs.6000 with two local sureties.

On February 22, Garhwa Sub Judge and Secretary of District Legal Service Authority Naim Ansari had lodged an FIR and had accused Chanda Devi of threatening and extorting him.

On  the other hand a delegation of BJP Garhwa Nagar Mandal led by president Chandan Kashyap submitted a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner today addressed to Governor. The delegation demanded action against Sub Judge and justice to the Chanda Devi.In the delegation, District Vice-President Brijesh Upadhyay, Anant Dube, Pramod Choubey District Vice President, Aumkar Tiwari, Akhilesh Tiwari, Dhananjay Kumar, Tinku Gupta, Pankaj Dubey, Hanni Gupta,Ajay Tiwari, Mannu Gupta, Anish Singh, Nitesh Kumar, Narendra Tiwari, Dhananjay Gupta, Shubham Gupta were present.
