Unfortunately, though, this heart-on-sleeve support can sometimes boil over and result in football-related arrests.

But which Premier League clubs recorded the most in the 2016/17 season?

WSN have worked out how many football-related arrests each top-flight side received last season, and Starsport have ranked every current Prem team by the amount they had - from least to most.
