TUCSON, Ariz., Feb. 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- For the third consecutive year, Mister Car Wash will recognize outstanding teachers in their communities for inspiring others to shine through its Inspiring Futures, Teacher Appreciation campaign. Mister Car Wash's annual Teacher Appreciation campaign is an important component of Mister Car Wash's broader Inspiring Futures program, which gives back to communities through grants, scholarships, school supplies and more.
Customers residing in communities served by more than 250 Mister Car Wash locations in 21 states are encouraged to nominate their beloved teachers for a chance to receive the recognition they deserve. Nominees will be evaluated by the number of heartfelt submissions received as well as by the nominee's exemplary professionalism and overall impact on their community.
Last year, Mister Car Wash awarded each of ten teachers a $500 grant for their classroom along with Unlimited Wash Club memberships for one year. This year, Mister Car Wash will again award Unlimited Wash Club memberships for one year, plus classroom grants totaling $25,000, a five-fold increase.
